Online sessions are ideal for clients who cannot get to a gym. This may be down to mobility issues, time restraints or working away from home.
These give the obvious benefit of not having to travel, saving time and effort.
These can be used in conjunction with studio based sessions or as a stand alone session.
New clients will be given a consultation before starting.
At our pre arranged time I will send you details of how to connect to live session.
Once connected, I will take you through the whole session , giving feedback, motivation and demonstrations for each exercise. These can be done with or without equipment.
Sessions will normally last for up to 1 hour.
I offer a free weekly session to everyone. Please note this is a group session and not not to one.
